I noticed that in skindigo you cant blend RGB light and Blackbody lights...
Is it possible to blend them, if not, in whic other way i can make a transparent light source?

Lights are not materials so as far as I know you cannot blend them. Depending on what you need, you can make a glass light bulb type thing with a filament (emitter) inside.
