hello all,
im giving this rendering program a try, cause sketchup textures to me are the equivalent to MS Paint is to Photoshop.
i have been searching the forums and stuff for about 30 mins, and am rendering something i pulled off of the 3d warehouse....hopefully it works.
anyways, i am an architecture student and would like to use this program for final renderings, so, i'm eager to learn and hopefully you all can answer some questions as they arise.

I'm almost a newbie too, but i grant you i've learned lots of things taking a tour in this forums: there are very professional people out there, and luckily they're kind enough to lose some of their spare time to explain us their techniques!
