I have one question: why if the exponent parameter has been removed from Indigo and substituted with the roughness, do we still find an exponent entry in the Skindigo material editor?

SkIndigo is still targetting Indigo 3.8. We'll update SkIndigo to use v4 stuff like roughness at some point.
