Personnally i like the Blender tutorial concerning material/environment setup.
Sketchup users could benefit from downloading that tut as it is similar to Sketchup workflow.
As for the SU plugin options. They practically speak for themselves.
I think a one page SU2indigo tutorial explaining the options should be enough.

I am working on a tutorial for SkIndigo 0.7 to be released concurrently with the new exporter. However, I welcome anyone who wants to release their own tutorial. My tutorial will cover mainly the UI and how to properly implement the basic functions of the exporter (bump maps, blend maps, sss, etc.)
