Turning off App Nap

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but is 'App Nap' something that is likely to be slowing Indigo RT right down when I leave it overnight on my PC (Windows
? If so, can anybody tell me how to switcch it off? I've no idea where the Indigo Info box is accessed.
