How to render this scene to be more better & realistic?

The setting of the picture below is:
MLT mode, MNCR 2000, Supersample Factor 6(manually set by 7zip), Hybrid mode true(manually set by 7Zip), SPP 1200

No Architectural Glass Acceleration, no Advanced Aperture and Glare, no subdivision, no displacement

the problem is still noisy, the light look like not focusing, is more likely is spreading!

If any one see this please help! need ur guys help here! THX!

Very nice. Just needs o "cook" a little longer to remove the noise, which is really killing the lights & the floors texture.

I think the performance would be improved a lot if you used simpler meshes for the lights, they look like high poly curved models.

Using bi-directional mode without MLT might help too, and hybrid mode is disabled / doesn't do anything.

what is Your white material settings? White shouldn't be set lighter then 204/204/204 (rgb) especially in interiors rendering. Lowering values to 204/204/204 will icrease performance.
