Winners of August - September 2009 Competition
Re: Winners of August - September 2009 Competition
Congratulations everyone who won; just looks like i might have to shell out £200 for that license after all!
Re: Winners of August - September 2009 Competition
I find the winners' positions totally fair: they're three great renders, and I like most the one from Psor. Thank you guys for posting these and sharing your scenes and settings.
PS. as an architect, I also liked the stair a lot. It was a minimal image but it all was completed and used to advantage by the very nice camera POV. It somehow remembered me of some paintings of Piranesi. Cool. Congratulations to the winners.

Yup, the stairs was a beautiful image, the only problem was that the scene was 53 MB large

Tht badges are so sissy, all the real men use little pink hearths in their badges...

I also would prefer if the Badges would be more strict to a design...
I hope you also don't mind to give a badge to the winners of previous contests

Congrats to all winners!

I will defer to Ono's decision on badges - if he agrees - everyone gets consistent badging.
AND we give old winner badges too (since that's what we decided right?)
Haha. People say that when you are in business you are your own boss. Instead we have 50 bosses. You guys are awesome. ;D

Instead of Comp. Winner perhaps it could say Sep 09 Winner?

Ah, yes.
Well, here is my proposal.
I like it and perhaps the cup should be in gold, silver and bronze too.
To be honest I feel a bit odd with this huge badge under my pic.
So an option to turn it on/off in the ucp would be appreciated.
take care

Naaaahh look at your face ABOVE the badge! If that's you in real life... that's odd.

That's true. When I was hired to act in Star Wars and didn't want to use any make-up they gone mad!
