August - September 2009 Competition

Hi all,
This competition is a very special one.
First off, there are the prizes:
1st prize: Indigo 2.0 license, Indigo T-shirt, forum badge
2nd prize: Indigo T-shirt, forum badge
3rd prize: forum badge

Secondly, this competition is to find some great example scenes to include with the Indigo distribution.
We're going to remove all the rather boring current example scenes, and replace them with some really nice scenes that show off the power and realism of Indigo.
All three winning scenes will be included in subsequent Indigo distributions.
The Topic
There is no particular topic this competition, the render must only show off the power and realism of Indigo.
General rules
- Entries should be submitted by the 30th of September
- Images must be rendered with Indigo.
- The choice of modelling and image processing software is open.
- You can not post work which is already in our gallery
- Only one submission per user.
- The zipped / packed Indigo scene must be no more than 1200 KB, including all textures, meshes, etc..
- Any artwork not created by yourself should be mentioned so it can be taken into account during voting.
- The scene should contain no assets copyrighted by 3rd parties, unless rights have been secured to redistribute such assets.
- Competition winners must consent to sending Glare Tech. their packed scene, including all required assets, so that it can be included in the Indigo distribution, and must consent to allowing Glare Tech to distribute the scene. To achieve this, the Winners must apply the 'Create Commons with attribution' license to their scene. See http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
- Competition winners must send the original scene in their 3D modelling package to Glare Tech, for internal testing purposes.
