Silmä- I very like your render style. Alvar Aalto is really good architect from modernism btw is a lot good modern architects/furniture designers from scandinavia

After a long break of doing other things in life i rediscovered my joy in 3D rendering.
And let me tell you, man ... indigo has surely become a really professional renderer ... awesome!
The design of this scene was heavily influenced by ikea (yeah i know )
Modelled, texturized, lit-up and rendered in a bit more than 2 days.

Also the art piece on the wall comes from Jason Roll (Hyper3D) from deviantart, who kindly let me use it.

I'm by far no expert on this subject but doesn't belong those simplistic geometric shapes of the ceiling lamps and kitchen elements to modernism? (or small-scale modernism ) Hmm ... looks like i'm stretching the term "modernism" a bit.

Actually, In terms of ¨Modernism¨ nobody has posted a legitimate Modernism Architecture, there is a lot of difference between Modernism and Modern. Example: Modernism = Antoni Gaudí / Modern = Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Even though im an Architect myself I was a little confused at the beginning of the competition and unfortunately didnt have time to finish or change the design ... anyways im posting my image lets see how the Indigo bosses take this confusion, hopefully everyone is participating.

Sure Ludwig Mies van der Rohe was a modernistic architect as well as well as his architecture is modern, meaning contemporary.
Gaudi's architecture was "Modernisme" or Catalan modernism which is a different period and an independent and local style(to Barcelona).
