Your English is funny to read. Now I know why people smile about me.
I am from Germany and I cannot see my own different English.
A friend, from Japan always does not say "A", like this is Japanese technique.
So funny how our own language custom hinder us in foreign languages.
How many translation errors I do ...
Anyway
I am on Rhino4 as well and would love to see a good support.
But you what guys it is already there.
Export you models into obj in a fine mesh and import the obj into Blender.
In Blender you can render and texture much better than Rhino. Setup your scene and than hit render with Indigo.
Works perfect. Look into the user gallery.
F.ip2, I have one rendering of a client work there.

Users are developers of exporters - no co-developer, or something like that.
Sometimes, they change, and if a developer stops developing, for some reason, an other one must be found, first.
In case of Rhino, that isn't too easy: the Rhino+Indigo-Community, isn't too big, here.
If you want a newer exporter, "do it yourself"

You didn't get what I mean.
The Rhino exporter writer went away. I can't remember the reason but I think it was not enough time in connection with a very small rhino community...
So now, you need to find a new person, programming a rhino exporter.
All the exporter writers wrote exporters for the programs they actually are using. None of the current rhino users who'd like to use Indigo, seems to be able or willing to write an exporter. Search on rhino forums for persons who you guess would program an exporter or learn programming and do it yourself
All the other exporters where also made that way. There's no Indigo staff. Nobody's being paid for what they do, here.

i was the original developer of Rhino2Indigo exporter (1.0 release) and i've never gone away. The main reason not having updated my work is my lack of time, due to my main job as long as the work i'm doing with XSI and last but not the least to the fact that Rhino SDK doesn't support Visual Studio Express Edition.
The Rhino community is, in my opinion, the first one that would benefit of an Indigo integration due to the fact that Rhino addresses the same customer base of Indigo.
I would like to have time (and money) to spend on Rhino development but unfortunately that's not my main business core and i can't invest all my time on plugin development.
I do apologize for this lack, i'm the first to recognize there's a strong need of Rhino plugin but i can't do more (now).
Riccardo.

When will the Rhino Exporter come?
I am not a Indigo User. The main reason is the missing Rhino Exporter.
Rhino got very popular in interior design and industrial design. Many people are waiting for the exporter.
Would be nice.
