Feature supported by Mtl

I am 3D artist and from the renders of Indigo I see, excellent quality, I want to try. My app is Maya, I install trial version and plugin. The plugin work great I wonder how it work, it support all texture from Maya and I know Maya nodes are locked and you can't read info when you render. What I missing or don't see is settings about background, how to set in Maya, because it is time consuming every time I render to set in the standalone application. And I don't see IES lights profiles are they supported.

Hi ileste, assuming that you mean the old MtI, that I'm dubbing MELtI now:

Background and Tonemapping, along with specific rendering options, are camera-based. MELtI was designed with a specific window called the Indigo Editor that helps in setting Indigo-related parameters (here with the camera selected), either what options for these objects can be found as extra-attributes.

Background in MELtI is derived from the camera environment color.

haggi could tell you otherwise !
