Hi,
did you really download and install all the latest Versions you need from
here and
here?
If you reinstall both Indigo and Cindigo plugin, C4D should ask you at the very first time you use Cindigo plugin for your Indigo installation path.
Once you specified it, everything should work.

check the C4D console what happens there during export (SHIFT+F10).
"Launching Indigo" should be the last thing you read

Do you have this issue also in 32bit C4D ??

Hey guys,
Basically, I have a few issues. They may all be related.
1) when I convert a material to an indigo material and place it on an object, the object disappears.
2) when I go to plugins/render using indigo, I get the dialog box that says "exporting igs," the OS crash dialog comes up saying C4D unexpectedly quit, but C4D doesn't actually crash... its fine.
3) if C4D doesn't crash, no IGS file is ever exported... I've checked file permissions, etc. I am using XSAN, so this may be an issue. If I change the export to location using the render settings, it will sometimes work, but usually crash C4D.
Attached is the C4D console log
Thanks again in advance!

hey loomisgroup,
sorry, I have no clue what the cause of this issue could be...
can you maybe attatch the c4d bugreport?
