2 uv sets on 1 object?

Hi everybody,
is there a way to set two different uv mapping on one single object with a blend material? as for example a brick wall as material 1, a painted text for material two and to move the text on the wall with an uv offset, etc etc?
thank you all by advance.

Hey Tyler,

afaik Indigo does support multiple UVs on single object, but this feature also needs to be supported by the exporter.
For C4D this feature is on the request list, but not included yet.

thanks Zom-B,
ok, i don't know how i'm gonna trick that. I'm really surprised this feature is not in c4d/indigo, that's a basic.
anyway

thank you

Well C4D itself is very basic regarding multi-UVs... it’s not the fault of the exporter.

BTW: I tested multi UV, and it seems to work! See attached testscene

Way more interesting for me at least would be support of the projector Shader where you can apply a different UV mapping for each channel of a material, great to create some complex blends for terrain and stuff

Wow, I almost thought that I finally found a feature that Blendigo has, but the C4D exporter not!

 I don't quite get what the scene is trying to convey. From my understanding having multiple uv maps could be of use if one overlaps them, say one blended material using the scale of uv map A and the other blended material using uv map B. sometime ago I blended two materials and indigo let me set the size independently on the blend channel, and although it feels like an hack it actually works quite well. I used so that I could have two tillable patterns without a noticeable repetition.

The blend map is tied to the size of the actual uv map so it repeats, but you can change the size of either grass so they fit one another.
Btw I tried the original sun+sky environment so I could get some turbidity but it ain't implemented yet on GPU.
