Hi

This is a mystery that has already happened.
They Cinema4D v.13, were created two spheres and a cylinder.
Well only the cylinder is rendered.
I tried other versions of Indigo is that of Cinema4D but things do not change.

Its a bug in the exporter and already known.
You need to transform your spheres into a editable mesh to render them.
Should be fixed with the next update of the Exporter
