Indigo for Cinema 4D 3.4.2

* Added support for normal maps.
* Blend channel in null material is now optional (as it should be).
* Removed "external model" in Indigo instance.
* Removed Cindigo Instance as it is obsolete(not completely, just hid the command to the user so it will still work for a while).
* Added save PNG checkbox to render settings.
* "Texture Exponent" is now called "Texture Gamma".
