Indigo Renderer 2.0.6

Hi all,
This release contains some bugfixes, but also the network rendering process has had some work done on it to make it a bit easier to use.
Check out this tutorial to see how to start a network rendering with 2.0.6. Feedback welcome!

* Added render thread priority combobox to gui (only for windows)
* Added Network rendering option and pane to GUI; shows all connected slaves.
* Added Network slave GUI (enabled when -n s is used.)
* Fixed recent files list
* Fixed crash with emitting glossy transparent material.
* Following include links in preliminary scene parse
* Windows installers now create shortcuts to Network Slave GUI.
* moved tree_cache and network_cache into cache
