i've install the nvidia openCL package using the ubuntu package manager.... then indigo 4.4 did complaint anymore but my Linux crashed... after i've couldn't run linux anymore (even in safe mode), it totally wrecked my system..
long story short: remove Linux, keeped window pro --> everything works fine.
i love linux at work, but at home it too much hustle, its keep from working with software....
linux = developer.hates.users :D

i will give another try later... i think my RTX5000 was to new for linux.... i will wait for new nvidia drivers.
