Re: Indigo Renderer 4.6.0 Beta Release

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.6.0 Beta Release

thanks for the idea! I already found a solution, it was necessary to create a coating material and add a layer of specular with ior. After that, the glass does not displace space.

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.6.0 Beta Release

I don’t know if this is a bug or a indigo restriction, but if there are 2 glass in the scene, then the shifts occur in GPU mode. Sometimes corrected by switching ior from 1.000 to 1.000001

Re: Simple Renderings Thread

One nuance with caustics, if you add the phong 180 deg tag to c4d. on a diamond - the caustic shoots nicely with the bends of the beam, but the rendering of the diamond itself loses realism. If phong is removed altogether, then the caustic shoots with straight rays and without bends. Left cpu + Topa...

Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.4.10 Beta

Please tell me, triplanar mapping does not work because of the indigo c4d exporter or the engine itself does not support this function?

Re: Render Engine Comparison - Blender

Too much filter of the camera is visible in the indigo renderer, knowing this engine I assure you that you can squeeze a more realistic picture out of it. The comparison is not entirely correct, I'm sure that you can squeeze a more realistic picture out of indigo.
