Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.4.13.1
Opened your scene here and everything is fine. Camera focus is being kept when using focus object field. Exported and rendered, everything okay. Which C4D version do you use? focusbug_2.zip It's a problem of cindigo exporter, not internal cindigo render. just try to export my scene to indigo standa...

Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.4.13.1
Hey wob, this is the absolute ordinary C4D focus behavior; no bug in here. It measures the focus distance once and keeps it until being changed. what???? it's nonsense to lock focus on first frame on animated camera track! it's real bug. do you know how i make focus locked on onbject with indigo???...

Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.4.13.1
hi, guys! two new camera bugs for you in cindigo exporter. 1. if you set up focus object in c4d camera settings (object tab), you wish to aim your camera focus to that object. but... if you will animate your camera postition (with that picked focus object), your camera will not aim to this object fr...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.4.9 Beta
The thing is, this kind of experiment has zero real world relevance. What company is going to ask you to render a couple of cubes? For people who do this for a living, having rock solid stability in areas that relate to the work is crucial. keyshot is an app for rendering single simple fxb mesh pla...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.4.15 Release Candidate
please, add to indigo a possibility of loading video files (for example, quick time "mov" codec) with alpha channels as textures, like current possibilty to load tiff pictures with alpha (in diffuse channel of the masterial). At the moment at least the C4D Exporter supports animated textures by usi...

Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.4.13.1
Is it possible to work with turbulencefd and cindigo like with redshift (via volumetric channels / materials)? I think they have a library that allows 3rd party plugins to read the volumetric data, but currently Indigo does not support any way to load the data. In general, it's possible. waiting fo...

Re: Fast rendering: CPU or GPU?
but thanks to GPU being limited to one-way path tracking, image looks worse when rendered on CPU, over the same amount of time. Do I understand correctly, if I force the GPU to follow the path the same as the CPU the effect will be worse than the performance against the CPU at the same time? Has an...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.4.14 Beta
Hey wob, your "strange_behavior2.zip" looks like there is some Z-Fighting going on, like your mesh has two planes super close together and they swap position due to precision limitations on GPU. If you could share a reduced source file this could be investigated further :) I often do animations too...

2. wrong lights levels from frame to frame on camera movement (tonemapping - filming, set to 100000) strange_behavior3.zip it's not animated level of lights. i have tons of the same wrong bad frames and can send it to you as much as you want. p.s. it's not 4.4.14 indigo's problem. it's just ingido'...
