Thanks! it's working great!
Are there any plans to get a real time Indigo preview inside of blender? Or better said, is it possible?

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
I also keep getting the program reset back to trial every time I launch it, even after entering my serial/license and activating it. Is this normal? Nope, that absolutely uncommon! Check out your license.sig, maybe it is write protected and can not update or sth like that... Thanks Zom-B, I'll chec...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Is this stable enough for production? No no no no, that will be in quite some time, beta does mean beta ! It took several years for 3.0 to go from first public beta stage to "stable". I actually work with the v4 beta in production from Day one! The CPU renderer is faster now and does a great job ru...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Thanks a lot Ono! :D :D Do we have to uninstall version 3? Is this stable enough for production? I'm geting "QtNetwork4.dll/QtOpenGL4.dll/QtSql4.dll missing" error after installing RT and trying to launch it. I'll post my benchmark, but what's the criteria? Time/samples/render method? Or is it just ...

Hi Bahamut,
I apologize for bumping into a semi-old thread, but I'd like to ask you if could could post the link to the company you purchased your workstation from.
I'm interested in checking out their machines.

Alvaro

Re: Instances of parented object export problem
hmmmm. Will you look at that! It does seem like a bug. ;) But the problem is not in the instancing but in the way you got your copies. I thought you had created an array but you didn't. How did you get the copies of the cubes to show up on the empties? Try another simple scene, instance a cube sever...

Re: Raycasting by Intel
You're right Oscar. I'm slowly starting to understand and appreciate CPU rendering with Indigo, because of the nice results. The only drawback is the waiting time, but it's totally worth it. I wish Intel could come up with a 32-core processor. @Contegufo: I tried Strata design CX8 on Mac and It's qu...

While I work on the "final touches" of the previous render, I started working on this new one. This version is a tonal study, before materials.

Re: Raycasting by Intel
This is very interesting, thanks for sharing. If all those renderers are CPU-only, why is there still a tendency to develop GPU renderers? After all these years, and SDKs like CUDA being mature enough, shouldn't GPU renderers make a difference? What about hybrid renderers? I like the fact of CPU ren...
