Updated linux builds to fix network rendering. Thank you Ono! I think have found another bug in the network rendering under Linux 64 bit: when stopping a master the slave continues computing till the next upload and then shuts down. With Indigo 32 bit for Windows under wine, when a master stops the...

Indigo for Linux

I'll post my experience running Indigo 1.1.15 under a 64 bit Gentoo Linux, maybe this will help someone else. I had some problems, two of them related to my system (which I have been able to solve), and other two regarding Indigo itself (which are still pending). 1 - Indigo not starting because it c...

Feature request

Feature request: Multiple Camera Settings support. Let me explain what I think would be a great feature. Often in Blender I have more than one camera in the same scene or in different scenes in the same blend file so each scene has its own camera and render settings. But in Blendigo you can only set...

@neepneep: It could be definitely possible to animate, but I'm not so familiar with animations, I've done only the basic tutorials. Anyway a basic procedure could be: - in the first frame put the sun here, - in the next frame put it (here + (time increment)), - and so on, right? For animations where...

@joegiampaoli:

Do you mean "San Miguel de Allende-MEXICO" (20.92 N, 100.75 W) for your location?
Are you sure you entered all the required data (Latitude, Longitude, Date, Time, Timezone, DST)?
With the data shown in pic1, I get the Sun high on the horizon (see Altitude in pic2).

Sun Position Calculator

I'm trying to learn Python programming and recently I saw a discussion about a tool to calc the sun position that can be used with Indigo. Most of the major 3D programs have a way to set the sun based on location, date, time, etc., but I'm a Blender user and I found no existing solution. So I decide...

Hi Ono,
I get "this program has encountered an error and needs to close" message, too, but only on my Windows 2000 box, under Windows XP and Linux it works great.
This with the 32bit version of indigo.exe and indigo_console.exe v1.0.9_1 and v1.0.9_2.
Hope it helps.

Thank you!

There is a python script named "Material Works" which can: * Search for a material in all objects and replaces it with another material. * Reduce the effect to all/visible/selected objects. * Rename materials in a list of all materials - no need to go the the object. * Show who is using the material...
