You have quite a way of imagining scenes, I love it! They feel very playful.

I've rendered at over 10000 x 10000 before on a simple scene on my 64-bit boxen. It's not an indigo problem :)

I like it! The darkness plants a certain mood to the scene.

What is it? What's in the box? What's in the next room?
Questions race through your head.

Vignetting is literally caused by less light making it to the "film" at oblique angles.

Render to .exr and open in Photoshop, for example, and it's quite easy to "correct" - and unlike real life, Indigo's vignetting is perfectly aligned.

You realize, of course, that Nintendo has trademarks on... practically every Pokemon, Pokeballs, Pokedex in addition to the name of the game itself.. The project looks good (seriously. I expected a typical "fan made game" piece of crap)! But they WILL hear from Nintendo's lawyers, which is unfortuna...

Juniorsatan: There are 4 emitters in that scene: 3 large softboxes @ 100 watts each, and the filament @ a much higher level - 1000 or 2000. Thanks to light layers, you can adjust the relative intensity of all the lights [which is all you'll be doing with Reinhard tonemapping anyway] without having t...

Relatively low-exponent phong, using Al.nk (might be too "grey", experiment), with a brush map in the bump channel.

If you're learning, it's probably better to stick with the stable versions of both, 1.0.9.

WTF - why the F would you download and RUN something because you saw on Youtube that you should? No offense, Vista blows but Vista isn't your problem. Hopefully you learned your lesson - at least you weren't in the middle of an important project or anything :) EDIT: @Alex22: Virtualization is no saf...
