Re: IndigoMax 0.4.0
Sorry tar_gniK I must have overlooked your question. Third party scatter plugins are supported fully when it comes to geometry scattering. It's still lacking with shader blending (more precisely variation introduced on shader level). It's working with preset materials though, if system supports such...

Re: IndigoMax 0.4.0
Hello,
Indeed support for material database is limited. You can however build your material database in local folder with downloaded igm/pigm files and load them in Max with Indigo External material. There's no automatic interface for that yet, I'm affraid

Re: Sun for noob
Hi Matteo, You set up position of sun with light node from scene (as it gives some visual feedback). You need to set Rendering > Environment... > environment map to IndigoSunSky. It's a bit tricky to edit map properties (if not used to max workflow) as you need to drag and drop map to material edito...

Re: sun+sky linked to 3ds Max Sun&sky daylight system
Hello, Right now to get expected results you'd need manually add SunSky texture map into environment texture slot. Set sun node to sun object from light system and disable extra skylight in the system (or you'd get an extra sphere). That should be it. Any changes in daylight system will be translate...

Re: IndigoMax 0.4.0
Hello MrBlack,
Thank you for feedback. Still I am not able to replicate this on my machine, so I am guessing it might be some 3rd party plugins related. Nonetheless I am looking into ways to solve this.

Re: IndigoMax 0.4.0
Unfortunately, I cannot replicate crash on my side in both slate and compact on max2015 and 2014. Does it happen for anyone else? What are your reproduction steps? Did you render anything with Indigo main session (like some scene) before going to material editor? Do you have any 3rd party texmaps in...

Re: IndigoMax 0.4.0
can you say if it's fully usuable to the Indigo 3.8.23 installed onto RanchComputing? Yes, it should render fine Is that compatible with a scene created with 0.3.12? Yes, there was a change in how multi materials are handled, but it should render fine with Indigo 3.8+ First problem is... Max's cras...
