I did some subdividing and delete the Phong tag complete. Now it is ok although the material is not as it is intended..
Thanks for the quick reply. the problem of the sperated faces is easily solved by setting the phong angle to something > 90° on the cube. If I set the phong angle more than 90 I get shading errors.
